Thank you for your interest in Event Helpmate.  In many ways, the product "speaks for itself" in terms of its ease-of-use, flexibility, and value.  As such, we provide 2 easy methods for you to "test drive" the full Event Helpmate product at absolutely no cost to you:
 

1. DOWNLOAD - We have provided the installation package of Event Helpmate for you to download.  This installation package allows you to install Event Helpmate onto your computer's hard-drive.  Once you have installed the product onto your computer, it will operate in "Demo Mode" during your evaluation.  While in "Demo Mode", you will be able to create, modify, and delete as many Event records as desired - however the ability to add or delete room, resource, and people records is restricted. There is no time limit to your evaluation period.
   
   IMPORTANT:  The size of the installation package download is approximately 60MB.  A download of this magnitude in size is recommended only for those with high-speed Internet connections (Cable modem, DSL, T1, etc.).
   
    
   
    

2. CD  REQUEST - If you'd like, we would be happy to deliver the Event Helpmate product to you on CD by postal mail - at absolutely no cost.  This CD will allow you to install Event Helpmate onto your computer's hard-drive.  Once you have installed the product onto your computer, it will operate in "Demo Mode" during your evaluation.  While in "Demo Mode", you will be able to create, modify, and delete as many Event records as desired - however the ability to add or delete room, resource, and people records is restricted. There is no time limit to your evaluation period.
   
   IMPORTANT:  Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of your request to receive your CD for U.S. shipments (expect 1 to 3 weeks delivery time for International shipments).
   
   
   
    

NOTE:  If you decide to purchase a license for the product, we will deliver to you a "User Name" and "Registration Code" which will allow you to immediately "unlock" the product and disable the "Demo Mode" of operation (this it true whether you installed it from the Download or from the CD).
