Church Helpmate Online
|
Rather than requiring a large
upfront financial investment, CHO is provided as a subscription-based
service for a low monthly fee. The monthly service fee includes full
phone and email support coverage, as well as all updates/upgrades of the
Church Helpmate product.
The monthly service fee varies
according to the size of your church – based on the number of
household/family records stored in your CHO database.
This monthly pricing structure is
broken down into four “License Levels” as follows:

Three (3) concurrent user accounts - meaning that three users
from your church can connect to CHO simultaneously (at the same time).
There are no limits on the number of actual users - only on the number
of users connecting simultaneously (known as "concurrent users").
Additional concurrent user accounts can be added for $9/month each. See
example below:
EXAMPLE: If your church is a "License Level 2" size church (up to 300
household records) and you wanted to allow 10 people from your church to
run CHO - but no more than 4 people would be accessing it at the same time
- you would need 4 concurrent users. 3 concurrent users are included in
the base $55/month fee and the additional concurrent user account would be
$9/month. So, the total monthly fee would be $64/month ($55 + $9).

The "License Levels" above are based on Household (family) records.
There are actually no limits in any of the License Levels on the number
of actual Individual (people) records. Apart from the differences in
household/family storage capacities, all "License Levels" of CHO provide exactly the
same functionality. Upgrading/Downgrading your CHO License Level is a
very simple process.

Monthly fees can be charged either via credit card (VISA, MasterCard,
American Express, or Discover) or through automatic withdrawal from your
bank account.

An annual subscription option is also
available. Annual subscription option includes a 5% discount as
compared to the standard monthly subscription option.
