"I wanted to
write and express to you how pleased my staff and I are with your Helpmate
church management software. A little over five years ago, my family and
seven other families started Living Water. Since that time, Living Water has
grown to over 400 people.
Very early in the life of our church, we
realized the need for a fully integrated software system that would help us
minister to our growing church family. Unfortunately, at that time we didn’t
know about Helpmate, and so we bought a competitor’s product which cost us
nearly $1,000.
To make a long story short, it was a
disaster! Although it was one of the most expensive products on the
market, its functionality was extremely limited. To make matters worse, the
annual maintenance costs were approximately $500 and when we told them we
wanted to run it on multiple computers, they told us that we would have to
pay another $400 for the networking module. Frustrated, we decided to
limp along until we could find something better.
Well, Church Helpmate was not just something
better, it was the answer to all of our church management problems. My staff
and I absolutely love Church Helpmate. It is extraordinarily easy to
use, highly flexible, extremely reliable, and best of all, it is wonderfully
affordable. We use it heavily to maintain our member information,
weekly attendance, visitation, and group management. It is networkable
right out of the box and the annual maintenance is very affordable so we are
always running the latest version.
Before closing, please allow me to share one
last thing. I am a second career pastor. Prior to receiving my Masters of
Divinity degree, I received a B.S. in Computer Systems/Mathematics. My first
job out of college was designing computer systems for a Fortune 200
manufacturing company. Needless to say, I am very particular when it
comes to software systems. In my opinion – both as a former
programmer/analyst and as a pastor – when it comes to church management
systems, Helpmate is the absolute best software program on the market. It towers
above the competition. Thanks for making a great product which is helping us
fulfill a Great Commission.
