"I would like
to share with you our overwhelming satisfaction with
Church Helpmate
software. We are a church plant which is approximately 2 ½ years old and
we wanted to make sure that we had a church management program from the
time we started our first small group. However our first choice was not
a good one. We bought a competitors boxed product and were very
frustrated from the first day we used it. It was painstaking to use and
was not customizable. Imagine our frustration when it took hours for us
to print our first church directory. We could see that this product
would not meet our needs.
And then, we found Church Helpmate.
We
were looking for a number of features in our new church management
software choice. We were looking for something which was feature packed.
We wanted something which was user-friendly.
We wanted something which
would enable us to easily print reports and customize our own. We wanted
a program which would enhance our ability to stay in touch with our
contacts and members. We wanted a program which was expandable and which
would grow with us. And as a new church start we wanted a program which
was affordable. We had seen and used products in the past which would
match our desires, however we were not in a position to spend $1000 or
more on software.
We have been completely satisfied with
our Church Helpmate purchase. The interface is very user friendly and
the manual is well written and understandable. We have been very
satisfied with the pre-programmed reports and have found it very easy to
customize our own. We love the ability to customize fields in order to
keep track of people who have been through our membership classes and
assimilation tools. We are very satisfied with the capacity for
recording and tracking contributions and for the manner in which it
handles church membership records.
I would strongly recommend Church
Helpmate over other products that are out there on the market,
especially for church plants. We look forward to expanding our Church
Helpmate as our church continues to grow.
