"Church Helpmate was
fairly easy to understand after I got the basic principles. I love the
way it allows you to add lots of different funds and makes it so easy to
designate which fund the tithes are going into while inputting the checks.
I also love the way it adds up each individual fund on the report each week,
as well as the way it makes a deposit slip with all the information that the
bank needs so that I don't have to handwrite each check onto a deposit slip.
I have all my work done
within a small amount of time using Church Helpmate. At the end of the
year, the reports for each contributor that Helpmate produces are fantastic!
They indicate exactly how much was given by each contributor to each fund
and even list the individual check numbers and amounts that I entered each
Sunday throughout the year. Each fund is totaled and then there is a grand
total at the end of each report. The contributor's address is printed so
that the reports can be folded and inserted into regular #10 window
envelopes, so that saves a lot of time.
We tried using QuickBooks
for Non-Profit Organizations and it was terrible as far as keeping track of
our members' contributions! I was so glad to find Church Helpmate. It
is FANTASTIC!!! I really do love Church Helpmate!
