The pricing and licensing structure for Church
Helpmate
utilizes a "usage-based" platform. This allows
us to offer the product to our
clients at a price that fits their size and
financial capabilities - by basing the price on the number of
households/families that exist in
their database. This usage-based licensing structure and
pricing is detailed below:

NOTE: Apart from the record storage limitations noted above,
all license levels of Church Helpmate provide exactly the same functionality.
Upgrading to a higher license level is a very simple process (see License
Level Upgrades below).
NOTE: Church Helpmate is sold using a traditional software
license model. The prices shown above are one-time - not recurring - you are not leasing the license - you will own
the license. This means that for a one-time license purchase at the
pricing shown above, you will have a non-terminating license to use the
product for as long as you want.
NOTE: These 4 license levels have nothing to do with the number
of users that can install and use the Church Helpmate software. You
will have a full "site" license of the product - enabling you to use it on
as many computers as you want to for no additional fees (see "Multi-user
Licensing" below for more details).

Upgrades from any Church Helpmate license level
to the next higher level. License levels
are upgraded through a simple registration process within the
software which takes only a minute or so. We just provide you a new
Registration Code to type into the software.

Multi-user Licensing
All license levels of Church Helpmate are
multi-user ("site") license levels which allow full unlimited usage
at the customer's location on as many computers as desired (including any staff members' or volunteers'
home/personal computers as well). No additional or hidden fees
are required for multi-user usage.
